Where can I find bag dimensions?
Available measurements appear on the applicable product page. Contact us before ordering if a measurement you need is not listed.
Will leather look exactly like the photograph?
Natural leather can vary in grain, tone and texture. Screen settings and photography can also affect color appearance.
How can I track an order?
Tracking is sent to the email used during checkout when available. You can also review order information through My Account.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packaging, then contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, carton and shipping label.
