These Terms of Service govern your use of sherristyle.com and purchases from Sherri Style ("Sherri Style," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or use the store with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. You may use the website only for lawful personal or household shopping. You are responsible for providing accurate information.

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, materials, dimensions, color, hardware, photographs, care information, prices, and availability accurately. Natural leather, suede, woven materials, grain, markings, texture, and color may vary. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance. Props shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless the description says otherwise. Review product details before ordering and contact us with questions.

4. Regulated and animal-derived materials

Some products may contain animal-derived, exotic, or otherwise regulated materials. Such products may be restricted by federal, state, local, destination, carrier, payment-provider, import, export, wildlife, or resale rules. A listing does not guarantee that a product can lawfully be sold or shipped to every destination. We may request information, restrict fulfillment, remove a listing, or cancel and refund an order when reasonably necessary for compliance. Customers are responsible for applicable possession, transport, use, and resale rules after lawful delivery.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance, inventory, or shipment. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, inventory shortage, shipping restriction, compliance concern, supplier issue, or another legitimate reason. If payment was captured for a canceled order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

6. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and optional services may be added and shown before payment. Prices and promotions may change prospectively without notice. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you for approval of the correct price or cancel and refund the affected item. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.

7. Payment authorization

You authorize Sherri Style and the selected payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. We may perform address, identity, authorization, and fraud-prevention checks. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge and may be released according to the provider's procedures.

8. Cards, PayPal, wallets, and financing

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment providers, card issuers, digital wallets, and installment or financing services independently apply their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, credit decisions, fees, interest, and account-servicing procedures. Sherri Style does not guarantee approval or control a provider's decision. Refunds are submitted through the original transaction and may affect a financing schedule according to the provider's procedures.

9. Billing descriptor and receipts

The merchant or payment descriptor displayed during checkout, on your receipt, or on your payment statement identifies the transaction. Review order confirmations and contact us promptly if you do not recognize a charge. You are responsible for keeping your email and account contact information current.

Inventory can change before fulfillment. If a product becomes unavailable or materially delayed, we may offer the option to wait, select an available alternative, or cancel the affected item for a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

11. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy is incorporated into these terms. We maintain a reasonable basis for shipping estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an applicable delay notice and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

12. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy is incorporated into these terms. It describes the 30-day return period, eligibility conditions, non-returnable items, return shipping, inspection, refund timing, cancellation requests, and damaged-product process. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

13. Inspection and care

Inspect products promptly and follow applicable care instructions. Do not use a product that appears unsafe or materially damaged. Damage caused by overloading, improper cleaning, unsuitable moisture or heat, poor storage, alteration, accident, misuse, or unauthorized repair may not be a defect.

14. Customer accounts

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.

15. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and yours to provide. You grant Sherri Style a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may decline or remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, or rights-infringing content.

16. Intellectual property

The website's branding, design, text, graphics, product presentation, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sherri Style and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content without written authorization.

17. Prohibited activities

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, transmit malicious code, use automated scraping at scale, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent transactions, abuse promotions or returns, infringe rights, or use the store for unlawful activity.

18. Fraud prevention and payment disputes

We may retain order, authorization, device, policy-acceptance, tracking, delivery, and communication records to prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes. Contact us first so we can investigate an order or refund issue. This request does not waive rights available through your issuer, payment provider, or applicable law. You may not knowingly make a false dispute claim or obtain duplicate recovery for the same amount.

19. Third-party services and links

The store may rely on payment, financing, hosting, security, analytics, shipping, and fulfillment providers. Separate provider terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly provided in writing or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherri Style and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sherri Style from third-party claims and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, material breach of these terms, fraudulent conduct, or infringement of another party's rights.

24. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any court with required jurisdiction, legal proceedings relating to these terms will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky. This section does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under the law of the consumer's residence.

25. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

26. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Additional notice will be provided where required. The terms in effect when an order is submitted govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
